1. Incorrect order was delivered

2. Order was damaged
You are eligible for 30% discount for your next order if the order arrives damaged. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us the photos of damaged tiles.
3. Partial refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the item, you can negotiate a discount for your next order with us for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Please note that while you may request a future discount, we are not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, may prefer that you return the item for a full refund instead.
